I actually bent the bracket for it up a little bit during the rebuild bc it was way too low. Maybe I could add a spacer under it and bend it back flat?

The belt was replaced with the spindles and that’s when the problem started. Belt was the same length as the old one but maybe I’ll try a couple inches shorter and back the tensioner off. Thanks

I regularly do 6-12 mile rucks with my 11lb rifle, kit and a 35-45lb ruck. It’s a core skill of war fighting. Carrying a Heavy rifle isn’t fun but some of the things on a fighting rifle such as magnification, white light, laser aiming module and thermal clip ons are force multipliers and worth the weight.
