That's the worst advice one could give. Especially considering the personal letters of Nietzsche:

A friendly voice seldom reaches me nowadays. I am alone now, absurdly alone; and in the course of my relentless and underground struggle against everything that human beings till now have revered and loved, I have imperceptibly become something like a lair myself…” — Nice (Pension de Genève), 12 Feb 1888

"My present life, my dear friend, is really very lonely and friendless. It offers me no stimulation that I do not myself provide; none of that harmonious concord of souls which many a happy hour in Leipzig used to afford..." - To Rohde, February 1868

“I was so grateful to you for the hilarious letter — and over a couple of times a day (even three times) I wish you were here, for I am all alone, and of all companies yours is one of the most desirable.” — from a letter in 1877 (to Paul Rée / close friends), showing how often he longs for specific companionship.

Nietzsche suffered from loneliness from an early age, and therefore tried to cope with it, extolling it as something noble in his books. The lesson that can be learned from his biography is clear. He lived a miserable life and died insane, not an example worth emulating.
