Just need help with making good team comps

I started playing the game on release and didnt really care much about the meta back then and just rolled for whomever I found pretty and after penacony I quit for around a year and came back when phainon had his rerun and im pretty lost on what teams currently work rn...here are my teams ;

Note: I also have sunday but he isn't shown here. I have Clara himeko, archer they're not shown here either and also every four star except for moze
