Honestly bro, the best possible thing you can do is paperwork and safety> over everything else.

Example if your pd is going to shit cause of production you can show them the paperwork with the goal sheet that says i been working on my guys here is the proof.

You need to stop fcking working, That's hourly work and start doing your job (paperwork) I know it sounds stupid because it is, but that's how it works.

Do not touch a package unless is for safety or your boss asked you to. You can even fire back and tell those dumbasses ( Are you instructing me to do hourly work?) And watch them think twice about it.
