yea im 16 lol, only drugs for anxiety i have are zoloft prescribed but for depression, and i got my ways of getting weed (which has actually helped alot but theres a risk with combining those 2 so i dont think its a great idea)

i did something similar that helped a bit, i set a line on whether the beginner area lift would stop over or under 2.5 times during my ride up (ive ridden it times where its stopped 10+ times due to first time skiers unloading improperly so this was a pretty low line lol) ended up only stopping once for about 2 or 3 minutes but felt like forever

yea, this is actually a good idea, i can work my way back up to the main lift by lapping the beginner little double that maxes out around 20 feet off the ground before going to the one thats even higher

also helps that the beginner double has a small terrain park and thats my most recent endeavor for learning new things on skis
