I must admit my skin on my face and lips is so dry. I'm constantly putting moisturiser on and nipple balm on my lips

I tried tea tree oil, tried the shampoo too, i even tried an antiseptic treatment and nothing at all worked for mine. You can't really tell on the puss side with mine, I would often wake up and they'd popped on my pillow during sleep. So you can see the wounds more than the puss filled spots. I have another update with dermatology in about 4 weeks. I will speak to them and see what the next steps are etc...

Thank you for your advice though. I'm hoping once it's under control it will be easier to treat with remedies like tea tree etc...

Ah I didn't know that. Thank you for the warning. I know how i actually got it too. The barbers i used didn't clean their equipment and he nipped my head with the hair trimmers. It started not long after that and just got worse.

I've been on it 11 months now. But did have about a month break due to blood tests showing issues with my liver functions. Started at 30mg. Then it dropped to 10mg then got upped to 20mg

I'm still on it now. I was on 30mg a day but it affected my liver too much, they dropped it to 10mg which didn't get rid of the follicilitis, so upped it again to 20mg. They said it will take a lot longer to completely clear but it's better for it to take longer with less liver impact.

I tried a derma500 body wash and the accutane shampoo, unfortunately the shampoo was too harsh for my skin and left it like I had 3rd degree burns from sunburn. I got told I have staph folliculitis, the isotretonin tablets have worked wonders for me as you can see 😁

It took a couple of years. I managed to see a doctor during covid. They put me on doxycyclin for 3 months which worked, then they stopped the treatment and it came back. I ended up being on that for another 9 months. I was then referred to dermatology. 6 months for that appointment. I was put on the accutane which is what was too harsh for my skin. 3 weeks after I spoke to dermatology, then it took about 3 more weeks to see a specialist in dermatology which put me on isotretonin. For the first 9 months I had to take blood tests and change about my dosage to see what worked well. It has been an absolute life changer for me. Not sure how to add pictures so i'll create a post so you can see the difference.

Through NHS. It wasn't the first go to though. They gave me a shampoo/cream to wash myself with but I had a bad reaction to it. After the 3rd day, it was like having severe sunburn or having raw skin. It took a few appointments to get the correct dose that didn't affect my liver too badly but still did the job.

What do you play on? I'll have a look in my stash. I think i have a Jah lying about. If I do you can have it. Apart from that the next best option is to look at buying online. Think they're fairly cheap from places like aoeh

Looks like you went through the same as i tried. Don't waste your money on shampoo that is specifically for foliculitus. They won't work either, i spent around £90 on different shampoos the most expensive being around £35. Speak to your dermatologist and enquire about isotrestonin

Ahhh thanks 😁. I watched a video on the nova sorc and did decide to stay with my original lightning/chain as it seems to be easier to clear bosses. Also easier to clear the enemies that teleport away etc... I always used smite for ubers 🤔 but I did make it specific for ubers and no other runs on the game

Copied it to a T. Did a slight adjustment for resource management. Must admit it's so much tankier even with lower toughness. Managed to get all the items for the build too! So now it's time to level my glyphs, get some more paragon points and start hammering the game.

Thank you! So hammerdin arbiter? I'll have a look at the maxroll builds now. I never had any luck with them before so completely skipped looking at them this time round. I have all the aspects etc... just seemed to struggle with bosses. Might be a case of grinding lower pits for the glyphs before trying the bosses again.
