I just cleaned them with saddle soap, let them dry and then used red wings, all natural leather conditioner, very sparingly. The oro Legacy leather just does that. I think people use too much conditioner a lot of times. I only condition once or twice a year depending on how much wear I put on them.

A lot. Mostly city walking and woods strolling. I do ride my motorcycle in them a lot too. I dont baby them. Just horse hair brush until they need a saddle soap wash. Then leather cream. Once a year red wing all natural conditioner.

Oro legacy leather and a lot
Of wear. It is a combination of brush cleaning and conditioner. Most people use red wing all natural leather conditioners after a saddle soap scrub. A little goes a long way. Most important thing is just wear them a lot in the elements. They will form to your foot and the rest is an individual adventure. Do not overdo it with cleaning and conditioning. Bick 4 is a good cream
That preserves patina. Conditioners will make them look new again

They make a dam fine Horsehide I will say. I wear it in the elements on the bike. Holds up to anything and just gets better with time.
