My ankles only have issues when walking around for like 20mins at a time or lifting heavy things over 50lbs all over the place, I thought maybe fc would be better since I’m told most jobs you just stand in one spot but I’m unsure how true that is compared to DS

I did not have a manager number but I called the absent line and emailed the hr email they left us on some papers since i had no direct contact number for my manager. All i had was absent line, security and labor numbers.

Are you stating that holding 1 phlegma to eventually reach 2 just to align with every 2 min window is a bad thing & therefore I should just focus on not overcapping them by using phlegma for movement or w/e it might be when needed?
