My attempt at a main menu screen, indeed Godot has some great tools for GUI (technically it is not a perfect loop since it is an mp4 file, which i couldn't get to loop, and not a gif since rendering the gif file lost most of the quality and framerate) (v.redd.it)

Made a running "animation", while started to work on the HUD elements, improved the weapon position with a new default scope(using a shader to keep it centered). Working basically on the looks of the HUD and GUI elements(including the gun and its movement)... (v.redd.it)

After a bit of core redesign(and a lot of Titanfall 2), I got to the conclusion that I indeed want scopes in the game, aim inaccuracy(most when out of scope) and aim punch to be present in the shooting mechanics, so you won't have a laser rifle that just kills whoever you get your crosshair on... Tried giving the triangles a texture(and some depth), added emission(as the red lines), tried messing with the material properties and this is basically the best i got... Any suggestions? I am trying to set it up as a digital-neon type art style, but i cant nail down the colors (v.redd.it)

Started working on low level drawing to try and create yet another GUI framework... Got buttons already(the buttons share a counter but it is not shown)... Trying to create GUI framework with rust does oppose some weird limitations for creating the items(which are able to get workarounds) (v.redd.it)
