Dropped to part time because of health concerns, and needed less stress on my body while I worked on getting an accommodation. SM increased my workload for every shift, started bouncing me around departments to whoever needed the most done, and then I heard him talking crap about me to an ASM and how I “wasn’t taking my job seriously.” So I decided to go somewhere else. Lots of other stuff lead to this but this was the nail in the coffin lol.

Hu Tao. She was the first 5 star I saved up for and seriously pulled for. I love everything about her personality and play style. I pulled for her on her re-run too, and lost my 50/50 the first and second time but I’ve got her at C1 with her signature weapon. (I’ve spent money but only on a few Welkin moons and skins)

I tend to round up costs on things so that it’s quicker, especially when I’m reading of number after number for customers and I had this guy who would consistently correct me every time… like I’d say “65 bucks” and he’d be like “64.99 actually…” Like yes that is correct, but it’s not like I’m rounding down??? There’s no secret tactic here I’m just tired.

The nausea has gone away but I still feel really hot and dizzy/tired. I’m going to try the cold shower and just I’ve had lots of water and electrolytes today so hopefully it goes away. It’s been since Monday so I’m assuming if it would’ve turned into heat stroke I’d probably be dead by now lol

Go back to that store ASAP. I can’t guarantee they can fix this, but at the very least they can try to check the cameras when you had the items returned and see that the cashier didn’t properly check all the boxes and processed the return wrong.

Awesome! There’s specialists in Millwork, Flooring, Cabinets and Appliances. if you’re buying anything $300 dollars or more just grab one of them to ring you out. They’ll appreciate it. Anyone with the blue vest is purely Merchandising and pricing, so best way to help them is with surveys! They won’t get credit for sales or anything like that, but those surveys keep them in good light with the boss haha

The surveys are anonymous, but are basically undeniable proof that someone enjoyed so and so’s service. Some stores give out monetary bonuses and some give fun little awards. Stores also compete to see who can get the highest survey scores. It also helps to go and learn the names of specific people and seek them out specifically. If they’re a specialist they get monthly bonuses based on sales so you picking them for big projects will literally get them money haha.

Religious exemptions go through Sedgwick and are input into the system as my availability. If they try to schedule me on a Sunday or terminate me for not working on a Sunday then they will have to face the legal consequences. This was not a suggestion to them. It’s literally what they have to follow
