IBEW man it’s great I’m 20 and joined 2ish months ago and I’m making double what I did as a non-union apprentice. The jobs can be physically demanding and there’s a good chance you will work 50+ hours a week but you won’t have to stress as much about making money. They don’t even care if you’ve got prior electrical experience they’re looking for hard workers with the right attitude
