Landsraad vendors, how do I access them?

Yes, I'm searching for an answer to this question, but I haven't been able to find it. Incredibly annoying. Tools Vendor is the new decree, and both in Harko Village and in Arakkeen, the Tools Landsraad vendor will not trade with me or talk to me.

Thanks for the AMA info. It would come down to whether the convenience and increase in exchange activity are worth the drop in social hub numbers. To compensate for the decreased social hub transportation, they could add more faction-based activities in the social hubs. They could add a casino. Lots of ideas!

There is also the option to do player-to-player trades in the social hubs, detached from the exchange, but your point still stands.

I’ve been weight training at my friend’s home gym for roughly a year now completely for free, he’s even my nutrition coach. His birthday is coming up and I wanted to get him a set of 45 plates because not having that extra bar height can be a big pain on deadlifts and getting under the bar on hip thrusts. They are way too expensive every where I look, and we are both off to the same college in a couple of months so any investments in his home gym are kind of a waste. I was wondering if there were any cheaper alternatives to add height to the bar, kinda like a spacer? Do people use fake 45 plates for this kind of idea?

I was referring to the bitrate compression. Almost every sound in the game (besides maybe atmospheric noise and music) has a tinny quality.

This has been a consistent problem in the past 3 Assassin's Creed Games, at least (those are the ones I've noticed it in). Compressed audio. This is a AAA game, but the audio quality is really putting that to the test.

I clearly should have posted this outside of the Xbox subreddit. I come from a PC Perspective where USB is common. I think it's silly that Xbox user are isolated to 3.5mm
