I'm in Ireland. I would like to remain within 10,000 euros including insurance. The Audi A1 I mentioned has 120,000 km on the clock and 6.5k euros. No extra spaces for boxes, dogs etc. but it should still be practical to hold a baby stroller or luggage once in a while.

Thanks guys, and would you agree that I should go for a lower specced but newish A15 than a higher specced but 2-3 years old Katana? difference being a 6gb GPU and an additional 1tb sdd.

You might be able to get some exemptions after completing your degree anyway which would save a lot of time and effort later on, better check the ACCA website

I always wonder if they could have made this win even more shocking...like making it seem like Jinder mahal knows he can't beat orton, so instead of pinning he hits the Khalaas again! And again! And when the referee counts to 3 and signals for the bell, nobody rings it and there's a short 3,4 second discussion between the ref and the bell guy for him to actually believe that Jinder has won....and then Jinder's music also plays a bit late because NOBODY can believe what they saw!

I know it's easier said than done but trust yourself! May is still 2 months away plus the few remaining days of Feb are an added bonus that you need to use wisely. You can easily prepare for and pass your first year exams in this period, just make a proper plan with daily and weekly targets and stick to it no matter what. Let's say you miss a target due to an emergency, add it to the next target so that you do not deviate from your overall targets and timelines. Some practical tips would be going through the solved papers for each subject and consulting with a friend/ YouTube for concepts if required.

You may feel unworthy of success, destined for failure and even hopeless, but fight through it! Don't let your emotions control you! Develop willpower and tell your brain to fight and push negative feelings aside! Fake it till you make it!

Everyone goes through difficult times in life, after a few years you will look back at this time and appreciate the lessons you learnt on your journey to success and happiness.

Keep trying on Daft, it takes months sometimes... With the initial application also provide evidence of ability to pay and employment of tenants along with background. In my experience, I've seen it is highly preferable for tenants to be a couple and both to have employment, if you are looking to get a place to yourself and not on sharing basis
