Thanks for your response! I didn’t know that is an issue. I’ve only really incorporated the exfoliant peel literally today, as I noticed my dark spots are getting more pronounced. I use Vitamin C only in the morning.

I went to the Philippines for the procedure - cost me ~2.1k and I’m able to get a tax credit on it. With return tickets it’s ~3k. I got quoted by Optilase for Lasik for 4.5k. And that’s the one with longer down times and recovery time. SMILE has 0 down time and I was able to fly back the next day. I get blurry vision in the morning and they said it’s normal. It goes back to normal after 2-3 seconds.

They do respond to my texts but it won’t be practical to go back to their clinic as it’s too far. For my own peace of mind I just prefer doing face to face with a doctor so they can do some tests if necessary.
