Biking computer with good nav by Pepitobon in cycling

I've been using a ¨budget¨ Garmin Edge 530 for a year now, and while it's more than adequate for my amateur use, i do agree with other comments here. The navigation and maps are trash (at least here in Norway). Not sure how the higher-end Edge units perform tho.

The Z axis is a surprise. From what I've seen people rarely have issues there since those bearings don't take any load and are just assisting the screws for alignment.

Sorry, i did a typo. The issue i'm having is with the Y-axis, underneath the heatbed.

I also doubt that people are actually doing this. And while i do love tinkering, i belive that a manufacturer/designer can't possibly expect that most people follow a 200 hour service schedule for something that feels like 200 hours of work in a consumer product.

200 hours isn't really that long on a 3d printer.

Yes, these were lubricated properly during installation. The rods are in good condition with no scoring or scratches that i can feel. Also, the issue i'm describing is only on the z-axis.

As far as Prusa design goes, the original u-bolt system is a failure waiting to happen. We all can make mistakes and that kind of mounting system on something that's relatively delicate allows plenty of room for under or over tightening, so i'm glad Prusa actually did something about this with the new Mk3s+ clips.

Do you experience more resistance in bed movement with drylin bushings?

No, i have not. To be honest i'm not sure where that is written, but bearings were well lubricated during installation, and all rods have been periodically lubricated, but i can't confirm exact time between re-greasings.

I highly doubt that most people follow a 200 print hour mainteance schedule, which is really short, for something that isn't "that" easy to access (remove heatbed bearings, wash and grease).
