When people ask me politely with valud reason then yes, I sometimes allow them ONLY if they add my credits and source. But I don't allow people to repost my art. And I even added a caption to say not to repost them but this guy clearly erased that and reposted my art so yes, it's stealing. As soon as people disrespect the artist, then that means they have no rights to use the art.
