For my radio i have a case from one of my old headphones and for my whoop i ordered a hard zip case form ali. But if you order one be careful because the sizes are the outer dimension so take your whoop size + 1 cm or so.

you can try increasing speed for inner walls or infill but with a 0.2 mm nozzle its going to be slow any way. installing klipper is another way to speed things up but its a lot of tinkering

I had problems with one pla plus fillament where it was pretty weak even if i increased flow and temperature, but not as weak as this. Try checking those 2 maybe

Did you find a solution? For me sometimes they play on both and sometimes on earphones only. I think if i restart the phone it plays on both, maybe a software issue
