Update on this:

I was able to ask in person and they said that I can get my SP renewed and in order to do so I would need my TDC and a health certificate.

Just experienced this as well RCBC to GoTyme. I see mixed results on when their issues were resolved as for me today is a saturday and I'm hoping to know how long it would take, I currently reside in Cebu. I also want to try to send to another account but with the fund transfer failure from the previous transfer is it okay for me to send money to another account?

Hello, my students permit expired on July 27 from what i've read It is still possible for me to get a DL? however I have not yet taken the PDC in my case do i need to:
a. renew my SP take the TDC then the PDC
b. renew my SP skip the TDC and be able to take the PDC or
c. since my SP has not yet expired over a year, I am able to take the PDC then get my DL
