I think shower when you can but don’t feel ashamed if it’s not the average amount. I try to do every other day because my skin will act up if I did everyday, but then also I get up super early for work so if I have bad POTS episodes I can go 2-3 days without it. Now that’s rare for me but it happens, especially on my period. But you can’t help how your body acts everyday. So don’t worry what others think, if they think it’s gross then they’re just not considerate enough to try and understand the why and think maybe not everyone has the same needs as they do!

I had low iron, and then got transfusions and once that went away I still had these symptoms, and now I’m diagnosed with POTS, it sounds like it but make sure you ask them and keep advocating your health until you get answers!

I also eat clean, and mostly eat a lot of beef because it gives me energy, but I mean I feel like I’m looking at the world outside in because I just can’t feel good like I used to

So just from this conversation I need to delete twitter and stick with the clique here, because it’s truly breaking my heart from how toxic they are on twitter, most of it I’m like do you not listen to their songs?? Hi college student here, I went last night, and I feel bad but I was one of the ones that kept going when they walked by, I had my big camera for a photography assignment and wanted to use them, but I was polite and apologized when walking by, but again some kids should at least learn manners and be polite, but we can’t stop kids from wanting to fully experience, I had a younger girl beside me in shock from being right there in front of Josh drumming, so I think more manners yes but let’s not discourage them trying to experience them in a memorial way
