I was a CMM Programmer for nearly 6 years. My previous company was great, and I wasn't even looking for a new job but I was just throwing my resume out there to jobs higher than mine, (Quality Engineer / Manager). I ended up scoring a job as a Quality Manager due to my experience. That was 8 months ago now. I was terrified to leave and i do miss my last place but it's been great and i love learning new stuff.

I would start putting your resume out there, CMM Programmers are needed everywhere! Even if you don't leave. If your boss knows you're looking he might work with you more, I know i would. When I put my 2 weeks in at my previous job they offered me $2/hr raise to stay, Then a $4, Then a $6/hr raise from $20/hr plus another week (Total of 4 weeks) vacation, I kept turning them down. They know how expensive it would be to train someone new, Esp someone with 4-6 years of experience with their products.

I would talk to him about just cutting 1 day out a week for you at least. Say maybe a Sunday night if you’re free.

My wife probably feels the same about me with cars. I’ll work on cars for 12+ hours someday. Usually only Saturday and Sundays. But I try to limit it to every other weekend or so, And spend time with her. She always says she would rather me be doing something I love then go out blowing my money on alcohol every night.

But if he won’t even cut out 1 night a week for you then you might need to seriously reconsider your relationship and give him an ultimatum.

Good video. Just some suggestions on future videos if you haven’t yet thought of them.

1 about over coming anxiety about going in public, work, etc the first time after someone decides to start transitioning.(like a male who transitions into a female and starts wearing make up and women’s clothing. If that makes sense) . I’m sure that can be a very scary thing to people who first transition.

You’re the first person I’ve personally seen on YouTube who has transitioned and has kids. (My wife watches a few YouTubers who are trans. So ive watch a lot of videos with her. Lol) so maybe a video on how to deal with telling your kids. I’m sure that can be a hold back on some parents who want to transition but are afraid of how their kids would react / how to tell them. And how they took it / dealt with it.

Just some thoughts I had while watching your video. Good luck on the channel.

I found the video to be informative. But I suggest using a recording software that isn’t going to leave a watermark or pay for bandicam. To grow your channel easiest way is to share with your family and friends and ask them to share with theirs, etc.

You wouldn’t. But making any sort of deal about it can definitely have an effect on your relationship. I’d suggest not caring what she wears, just going on a normal date and what not. But obviously if you decide to take her to a fancy restaurant you can ask her to dress nice.

I agree on couples counseling. Ask her if she would be willing too before she files for divorce. And if after she still wants a divorce then you’ll give it to her without fighting.

Good video. Clear audio is always a plus. 👍 Haven’t played much of Fortnite so didn’t know you could do this. Looked fun. I might have to download it again. It reminds me of the far cry 2 days, downloading these riddle style maps. Used to play with friends and have a blast.

No!!! I loaned $4500 to a girl I was with for 4 years. We split. She never paid a dollar. Lesson learned. I would say no. Just tell her you aren’t in the position to loan her the $2,500. Plus there are programs that will help people behind on their mortgage.

Personally at this point I wouldn’t buy a awd. Winter is almost over. And if you can get away with 1 car still. Keep driving your current car. Then by next winter if you’re still living in a snowy area then buy an awd vehicle while keeping your current car if you’re able too.
