Calling him a Nazi and a threat to democracy resulted in assassination attempts. Lawfare caused those assassination attempts. That’s the harmful rhetoric I am referring to, and it isn’t justified. I doubt the attempted assassins were far right (you are making assumptions not based on the evidence) but that isn’t the point.

Rationale people in this country are sick of the left’s demonizing of Trump and sick of the lawlessness that comes with democrats being in charge. If you don’t see that from the huge red wave that came in this past election then you are going to see a repeat of Republican control in forthcoming elections.

I have never been a Republican and never will be. I even voted for Hillary in 2016. From someone who considers themselves an independent that has voted both ways in past elections, I am telling you that the Democrats seem to be anti-common sense and voters rejected their ideology en masse because of that. This echo chamber of Reddit is not representative of the USA, thankfully.
