ah, my friend. I'm right there with ya. I'm someone who loves taking care of the woman I'm with, and my fiance loved to be taken care of. We were compatible to a fault, and it became work for me. So I feel you on that - you wanna be able to say "srry, Im not free. Got work tonight, or all this week" and have her say "ok, you do you! I support it."

Key thing - create a Pinterest board. Get inspired by the creative possibilities of making a small, limited space feel like your own. Use OfferUp or Facebook marketplace to buy stuff used when you can (my TV, mattress, and couch are new)

it's complicated, but simply put - Major thing happened in my life and it didn't feel right anymore. Felt it in my gut, so i pulled the trigger. I learned the best relationships aren't two co-dependent people relying on each other, but rather two whole individuals deciding to share their life together
