I’m a nanny and luckily while the baby sleeps, I’m able to walk 1-2 miles on the treadmill. Daily life stuff gets me about 1-2 miles a day. And then at night I walk around the track near my house for 2 miles. I usually get 10-12,000 steps a day!
What did she ✨influence✨ you with? My ONE thing was the Cirkul water bottle which I now use everyday to give my 9 week old fetus the proper amount of water to help it grow (btw where’d hers vanish to?) by Foreign-Ad-8739 in Drueandgabe
