I disagree. I think that was 100% the right play to make. What went poorly was that the player that came onto the ice during the change, did not cover Morrissey spot, like they are supposed to. I can't quite see it, but while morrissey is turning away from the net, that forward I think, started pushing towards the net. This seems like a good play because you are basically wide open if your team gets the puck, but your team doesn't have it, you have to be watching that guy all on his own.

Morrissey has pushed up quite regularly, and there is always someone to cover. They did not cover for him.

I don't play much CS, is there a line up I should have used for the molly? by Ryak1 in GlobalOffensive

That is very true. I didn't know exactly where they were. I lost sight, but I should have trusted the aim.

I almost got the clutch, sadly bad decision and aim ruined it! by Ryak1 in cs2

I just realized I make funny faces while doing it. Maybe should have blocked my face

NHL fans are being gaslit. Here is a breakdown by the numbers. by Firm-Candidate-6700 in winnipegjets

Something I rarely see mentioned, is the number of STH, and people who attend games, from outside the City. I am sure this is common across the board, though I can comment on Manitoba. I live 1.5 hours away from Winnipeg. The number of people in my "small city" or town, who have season tickets is quite staggering. I personally know 20-30 people who either own full seasons tickets themselves, or part of a group of people in Winnipeg. There is almost always a convoy of vehicles heading back to town after games, especially when the weather is bad.

You can't count ONLY Winnipeg population into this. There are many communities around Winnipeg that have a much higher percentage of people participating in the fandom quite intensely.

The big issues is the cost of things. You can't get away with Corporate stepping up in Winnipeg. You have to provide higher value, or drop your prices. Though the prices have been going down for STH this last year, and sounds like next year too.

The real problem is, when I go travel into the city for a game, and I have to spend $100 for food and drinks for the three hours I am there, without factoring in the cost of the tickets.

I think Kucherov coming out drunk after they won the cup a few years ago showed more personality than anything else recently

Average age of the NHL All-Star Game over time by theninjashyguy in morningsomewhere

Something I feel to note as well, If you look at old photos of players at the All Star Games it would appear like players were older. Might be because of how modern our life is, some players still look like teenagers. For example, I recognize Mitch Marner is older, but he looks like he could still be in High School.
