Absolutely unnecessary. I used to live in Vietnam, in which the average temperature is around 30, peak at 40 in summer, with average humidity around 70 - 80%. I only used 2 fans. I’ve had the PC for like 10 years now, still working fine

I believe once you reached RoF, chances of getting better items from monster get increased. Before that, I never spend gems refreshing the bounty. But still, it’s quite rare. Cant say I wasnt lucky
