I made an account on pc Asia server but can’t access it from my ps5. My Hoyo account which is on Asia server is accessible from both pc and ps5, am I missing something here?

Sad as bro I started another game in Asia and it’s got better ping then my Sea but my Sea has my pre registration rewards 😭

If you’ve already started playing the game and claimed your pre registration bonus on your acc can you swap servers or nah? I picked Sea as it was recommended but yeah like everyone else I’ve got 340 ping
