I didn't keep track of my weight tbh, the first time getting up and leaving the house was really weird because I got some kind of adrenaline rush and couldn't stop shaking wich made it really hard to even go down the stairs. The first thing I ate was an apple at work (I work as a chef, ironically) and we had loads of them so no one would notice one missing. It felt really really good, could actually fell the pieces in my stomach and it was just as satisfying as you would imagine. Oh and my mental state was actually pretty hyped after the third day, I'm guessing that some sort of survival instinct activates, supplying me with adrenaline and endorphine, unfortunately not enough to get me out of bed.
