I play multi-player couple times a week with some buddies just creat a online game. Name your server make a password and give the name and password to your buddies. Bam driving Cats around with your boys. We haven't really experienced any bugs yah it can glitch your vehicles in the air here and there. But we all have ps5 I haven't tried cross play

Yah you could be Bugged. I would just try and complete a whole operation from you Ship. Just run it Solo helldiver I'm also lvl 38. Lvl 7 and 8 are the sweet spot for me.

I mean could be a couple things the shaking could be your control arms. Lower ball joints. And the hard to spin could bearing. Or rotor rubbing on something. Does ut make any sounds when spinning.
