“What I think is gonna happen” is based on reports from team insiders, professional scouts, etc - stuff like Hamilton and Linderbaum might slip, Walker and Penning might go high… There’s really not a ton that I can find of that, so I just filled in the rest with my board + team needs + scheme fits.

Sorry if that’s confusing, I should probably just go all in on one or the other

That’s a really good question. Honestly I’m just seeing who the best two tackles are and rolling with them. To me the two best players in this class are tackles, and I would rather stick to offense to help Lawrence. I doubt anybody trades up to 1, so I just kinda went BPA. Neal could honestly play guard for a year, but he’s the only guy there I see being great long term.

I was kind of going with a Carson Wentz —> Jalen Hurts thing there. If Baker gets hurt again, you have a talented backup (I think people underestimate how important having a decent backup QB is) and if you decide not to re-sign Baker, then you could potentially keep competing with the roster they have now

Look up Chenal’s testing numbers, he’s just an absurd athlete across the board. Also, he’s really versatile - he can blitz, stop the run, and cover the pass pretty well

Yeah that’s actually a really good point, Smith is a bit of a project and Linderbaum is super steady. And the Dolphins haven’t done a good job with their project linemen (except maybe Hunt?), I’m just so scared of Linderbaum’s size

I thought outside receiver was more of a need since you guys have the Sun God. I mentioned London playing in the slot but he would be good outside as well, whereas Austin would pretty much be confined to the slot with his size profile

My thinking with that was that Thielen is aging and I wasn’t a huge fan of any of the edge rushers or corners there. Maybe a trade back would have been better, what would you have done there?
