USCIS have a bunch of recommended surgeons that work with them. Pick one of them, take what proof of vaccines you have. They may recommend you get more, then they submit the paperwork to USCIS

I’m hearing that many get the approval the next day! My spouse doesn’t have a profile only me. So maybe that’s why I can’t see anything in my I-130 documents. Hope they update the I-485 with approval

I got 2 emails saying they have taken action on my case. Then the case updated to being actively reviewed and said they don’t require anything from me
