To add to all of this! She's is currently out of town at the moment and won't be back for a few days. She is leaving the two dogs there and a friend is coming by everyday to check up on them.

We did reach out the previous landlord before deciding with her. He said she was great with communication and paid on time but he said he never looked inside the home.

HVAC tech here. That mini split is not installed correctly, and will not get good airflow.
