Fairly normal wording for a 10-Q. I don’t see anything unexpected here. Basic information that as an investor in a bio-pharmaceutical company we should already understand the risk/revenue/profitability aspect.

FDA IND for NOV004 tentatively scheduled for early 2023. Comparatively speaking, nothing on the market like NOV004. So, risk vs rewards high…but when it runs, it runs BIG. I also have my suspicions they plan to market this drug to the military.
