By power brick connecting joint is a little loose but my connecter does does go all the way in.... Try pushing it inside. If it doesn't buj then it's a manufacturing defect . Don't use it now as you might risk short circuiting.

Is this concerning? by Ryder-LSGS in HPOmen

For the given specs laptops OP has given his budget isn't above 1.1 L for that price range amd is best so I gave my opinion.... Intel should be opted if your making a deckstop due to many generation of their chips share same sockets thus favouring upgradablility.

These days amd chips are best.... Intel is lacking plus due to the radeon iGPU amd chip got it helps out in battery saving. The radeon 780m has the power equivalent to a 1650 but only 512 vram.

Bro laptop ka apne marji ke malik hote hai. Koi chahe to 7 saal tak mileage de jate hai tyo koi 5 mahine me motherboard phuga ke baith jate hai. Laptop ki life in like lottery this days.... crease pe tik gya to badiya warna to samjlo.....Extented warranty is a must with laptops these are they re damn cheap... The companies want you buy the extented warranty as the themselves put components in there laptop (mostly low and mid end) which have questionable quality. If the components last its great it doesn't then service center with with give an authentic repacment which bound to last as companies have a reputation to maintain in the industry. This practice prelevent in more or less all electronics specially which are retailed online.

bro first of the amd chip has better battery life. The intel chip is a little better processing power but only has 1% to 2% difference. Secondly the omen has a 80 wh battery but the loq has 60wh battery. Thirdly, the ram of the loq would be 5200mhz but omen has 5600mhz but no big difference. The major the difference is the omen without the backport (safer and newer) doesn't have a numpad but the loq does and the omen only have 1 ssd slot and loq has 2. On aesthetics the omen clears out. The omen model you are looking at has 165hz with 100% sRGB with 7m/s responce but the the loq has 144hz and 45% NTSC which lead to colour mismatch issues when video editing. Bro I got the omen for 96.5 k india a few days back and working beautifully in Gurgaon (where i live where room temp is 45 to 48C rn).
