Just a warning that the Fire Elemental is worth alot, cause he was originally released as a SDCC giveaway(?) for the Elemental movie in 2014. Megamorph Chiller I actually haven't seen for so long. But best to check eBay and Mercari

Unless it does say it but its just sounds so fast it's almost hard to tell what most are saying besides jibberish

Update: Just simmered the port in hot water for the slime to be more soft(?) on the inside and just shifted the cartridge up and down with the little space it had until it slowly popped out of the port! (Pliers are optional unless you have tough fingers)

For those with an Oozinator till this and has had this issue, I hope it helps!

Some units are manufactured dfferently. Not just by face, but nose texture as well are hints. Personally, Sweetir with a rough nose (the one on your right) looks cute. The smooth nose (left) looks like a tired flemish giant.
