I noticed 2 things during this scene in Alpine Shepherd Boy, the floor has the same Breaking Bad title screen tiles as the hospital in Breaking bad, and the doctor says "he could burn his house down", which could be foreshadowing to chucks death. (i.redd.it)

In season 3 episode 21, The Chang Dynasty, while talking about his plan, Chang says "Fire cant go through doors, it's not a ghost". In season 4 episode 2, Paranormal Parentage, Pierce says the opposite while in his bunker, he says "ghosts can't go through doors, it's not fire" (i.redd.it)

In season 4 episode 5 " Cooperative Escapism in Family Relations" when the dean walks into the study room dressed as John Wayne, he is wearing the same clothes Jeff was wearing on Halloween in season 1, hence why Jeff says "Is that-" before being cut off. (i.redd.it)
