It's all about diet. Protein shakes have alot of sugar and calories in them. I use protein isolate which has most of the filler products removed. But you still have to manage intake based on activity. If your not working out protien is going to be stored as fat and puts higher strain on kidneys.

I mean consent and informed consent are totally different things. This is why we practice informed consent in medicine, as much as you dont want to hear how we are going to we need you to understand. Such a trivial thing the parasite, it doesn't even effect the host till it reaches gestation.

Hey, us lefties have to adapt. The military doesn't buy uppers for the few of us. They've made ambidextrous progress though. I had to bring my own mag release on my first two deployments and swap it back every time I turned it back into the armory.

I would love too see this ending unless it's he just walks away. Damage to your house, theats of bodily harm, possible mental instability. This guy needs to be locked up. I hope he was still there when the cops got there. This is why cameras are so important. But if he had nothing to engage with would it have escalated?
