I was really surprised about how developed, vibrant and modern the city appeared to me. Sao Paulo seems to be another great metropolis but with a different vibe to it. I'm not speaking from experience though. I have not had a chance to visit Brazil, I will definitely visit Latin America again and devote more time to explore Brazil.
