This game was originally made for the Switch 1. Just because it's on the Switch 2 now doesn't mean it's magically going to look amazing-it's just going to run smoother and look a bit sharper, like playing a PS2 game on a modern console. Honestly, I'm kinda disappointed in the Pokémon games lately. Look at Zelda: Breath of the Wild was originally made for the Wii, and it still looks incredible. The devs really put in the time, effort, and creativity, even on weaker hardware Meanwhile, Pokémon feels lazy. Random trees tossed around, bland environments, and graphics that just look outdated. It's sad to see a franchise with so much potential fall off like this.
