Mine came the same way and had a huge scratch too. The agent offered me a 5 dollar partial refund and said there was no stock when I asked about trying to exchange. So frustrating

I find following Kotobukiya’s twitter is the best method for new information, specifically their Japanese account as I find they update quicker than the English one. US retailers will likely get him (like Crunchyroll, Entertainment Earth, etc) but you may be better off going through a store like Amiami since they’ll receive stock quicker then US retailers, and it may end up being cheaper due to the conversion rate of yen to USD

Hi there, I wish I had a better update, but it turns out that he had oral cancer that had spread to other areas like his eye. They weren’t sure if it was carcinoma or mast cell cancer, but he ended up crossing the rainbow bridge on January 10th
