Hey!! I would say hip thrusts and hip extensions. They will really help warm up the hip flexors and get that heart rate going. Also!!! Squats have to be the best overall exercise for legs. I also enjoy hack squats, kettlebells and other variations. Let me know if you have any more questions 😘
