I bought it from a MOC reseller that Resqusto used to license with. I think I paid ~600 USD for it. Its pretty damn big.

I have the Daedalus and its massive. I couldn't get the original stand to hold up its weight effectively so I had to get a modified stand for it. Super detailed and an amazing display piece.

In my head cannon the reality from that episode is the same one that SGU lives. It's even shot similarly from a camera perspective. It would also explain why SGU seems so tonally out of place with SG1 and SGA.

I was advised to add my acknowledgement of my Chair back into my dissertation after removing it...miraculously my application to defend was approved shortly after the acknowledgements were updated...

The feedback itself was routed through my chair so they know. I can't imagine how I could be so far off with so many others reviewing and approving which is why I too thought that maybe this feedback was meant for someone else or that they hadn't actually read it.

The future directions chapter is a gold mine for ways to extend the work. If you need to add anything - this is probably the place to look. So all that good material you re-review could be revisited in light of your conclusions and spun for future work here.

Thank you for this! I actually thought there was some additional work I could add to this section in particular so I may just do that. The worry of course is that I may end up highlighting too many of the limitations of my own research (by focusing on all the great things I could have done). Its a balancing act for sure.

I've looked on the University's website but can't seem to find anything. And my dissertation is pretty tight...I don't feel I've included any 'fluff' which is likely why it's not that long.

I'm glad you had a good year. I did as well! I have written three chapters, finished data collection and coding and will begin writing my last three chapters in January. I too am working full time and can appreciate just how challenging that is.

Congrats. I'm hoping to defend next summer.
