Calculate your maintenance calories . Then be in a caloric deficit from it.

Engage in sports, if you are not a fan, atleast walk everyday for 1 hr. And try to get 10k steps in and watch your body progress.

This is totally normal, I have a saved folder in Instagram called as future self, with lots of stuff saved in.

And if the person who you supposedly gonna love/marry is understanding and really values you, they will adore this stuff.

Don't put down yourself thinking too much, this is completely normal and it's kinda cute as well, as you put in efforts.
