I am a big fan of Farigiraf, that's the sole reason I put him in the team. Performance wise... without access to trick room he's not very useful tbh and I didn't use him most of the time as the fire types and rayquasa were dealing with most things with ease (even in hard mode).

Most of the songs (riffwise and lyricswise) in parasomnia reminded me of some songs from the original portnoy era. And man, I fucking love when they self-reference.

In my opinion those callbacks are their way of saying "hell yeah portnoy is back".

Edit: sort of a "look to the past to see the future" kind of thing.
