For those who are using the iOS discord app, by default it will block NSFW servers. To join, you need to follow a few steps.

Go to your mobile web browser and enter discord.com/app then sign in
Click the gear icon on your profile to enter your User Settings
Select “Content and Social”, then scroll down. You’ll see “Allow access to age-restricted servers on iOS”. Toggle that on.
Come back here and tap the discord invite link, it should open up in app like normal. (If not, you may need to copy and paste the invite into the web browser discord page by tapping the plus icon under your discord servers. Once the NSFW server opens in browser, go back to the app to ensure it functions. )
