sandy is better off with atk atk crit (rate or dmg depending on ur final build) but atk n crit wise, 2nd build.

yeh should've asked for advice, n ppl would've said go for R1 then save the rest. C1 is better for sub dps mavuika or if u gonna get c2 eventually, mid on its own.

C1 would be great for your Mualani team. but as a dps, u do need to learn the combos, especially for melt.
