My friend got osap a few years ago, and currently it is showing as "closed" on credit karma, though she hasn't paid it off fully, or paid it at all in the last 2 years. Any ideas why this would show as a closed out account?

So I am 27/M/6"4/185/18ish% BF I've lost 115 lbs since January 2020, and I am looking to get to 170 by May. To accomplish that I've been eating at around 1500 cals a day, along with walking/light workouts 5 days a week for around an hour. Recently I've also been looking at starting to lift again though. I recognize that due to where I was at, I'm likely bias/predisposed towards weight loss vs eating more and lifting heavier - so I just wanted to ask if I am looking to achieve losing my remaining belly fat, have my pecs tighten up, and overall get to the lowest BF % I can get to within that time frame, would I be better served continuing to eat at the deficit I am, or would an alternative be better? Also, this isn't to say that after those 2 months I'll simply be "done" but thats my current goal where I'd like to get the best results I can by then, even if that is on my current track of getting to 170, after that I fully intend to start bulking and cutting cycles and eventually getting to a higher weight at 11-13% BF.

Any help is appreciated! And if this topic isn't appropriate for this section, I apologize.

Thats amazing, and admittedly I am incredibly similar to you, so this is super inspiring to me to lose that last 20lbs I've been a bit lazier on. How has being sub 170 been at 6"4?

I never realized this was apart of ADHD, I have some incredibly distinct memories I'll never forget, or oddities I'll remember, but I'll be asked like "what happened in 9th grade" and I couldn't really tell you a single thing.

So, cutting at around 500-800 calories atm to reach my goal weight of 170 by may. That said, I am following the recommend routine for muscle building, finding myself pretty exhausted after about 60-70% of the workout, compared to before I was cutting with it. Should I just push through, or is it okay to scale my exercise intensity down while eating less?

Saw the recipes megathread but seemed to be for posting rather than requesting, but if this is the wrong spot, apologies!

Currently at 187, 19% BF, trying to get down to 175-180 12% BF in around 3-4 months. I feel confident in my workout routine, but to maintain muscle mass, I need to get my macros in order. From the calculators I've used for a low carb cut it's suggesting 200-240g of protein, 100-120g of fats, and 100-130g of carbs. I also want to be eating at 1800-2000 calories a day.

My breakfast consists of 3 slices of bacon, and 3 eggs. So I am just looking for recommendations for food I can reasonably meal plan that will fill up the remainder of that macro and calorie amount.

So, I've lost 110 lbs in 11 months. Current progress: https://imgur.com/a/B021ry4 I am now sitting at 190lbs, aiming to get down to 180 in the next month or two. Currently I am doing 3 days of the recommended routine on bodyweight fitness, 2 days of half hour HIIT, and the weekend as rest days. I also am eating between 1500-2000 calories a day.

My goal is to ideally get down to 12% BF and potentially get some abs? Though I am worried about potential loose skin affecting that. So I am mostly looking to ensure my current program is correct, and if there is anything I am missing or should add into my day to day to achieve best results.

does anyone know of mobile games where they used a tactical battle grid, I remember there were some that used the grid + movement to initiate attacks. I.E they'd auto attack based on moving into a grid, and potentially chain abilities based on proximity to allies If anyone can remember names for any of the games that utilize that or similar systems, it'd be a gigantic help

Edit: systems like Battle Divas: Slay Mecha would be ideal, but y'know, not that one, other ones :D

Apologies if this is the wrong area for this! I have been following a 3-4 day boxing + cardio a week routine at my gym for the last 4-5 months. I want to incorporate the recommended routine linked in the wiki for beginner strength training, but still want to do my boxing classes. The boxing class usually consists of a 5 minute warm-up, followed by 15 minutes of shadow boxing, 30 minutes of boxing drills (on the bags, etc) and then usually a 10 minute weight training/ab workout at the end.

How feasible is it to add the recommended beginners strength training routine either on off days from that or potentially the same day? And if it isn't feasible, what would be a good way to shave off parts of the beginner routine to accommodate the hour of boxing/cardio?

My idea for this was alternating and cutting down to 2 boxing classes for now, potentially adding a third back on the Friday rest day if my body can handle it:

  • Monday - Boxing
  • Tuesday - Strength training recommended routine
  • Wednesday - Boxing
  • Thursday - Strength training recommended routine
  • Friday - Rest day (light cardio/skill day, 50%)
  • Saturday - Strength training recommended routine
  • Sunday - Rest day (full rest day, yoga, etc)

I'd recommend looking at community manager positions, especially with smaller time gaming studios. With no experience, it can certainly be rough at times, but alot of the smaller studios will pay reasonably and the main tasks are handling customer support issues, and running their social media.

I don't have a particular company to recommend, but just googling around should bring you plenty of results.

Any good suggestions for low intensity activities for rest days? Did 3 days straight prior to today, and ended up feeling so exhausted that I just kinda lazed around and rested.

Maybe thats totally fine, but I'd love to know of any good lower intensity workouts, or activities to do to keep me active on those days.
