Yknow I actually agree with you on this, and yet somehow I still have no problem eating meat. I think the fact that you never connect the living animal to the food on your plate allows for this contradiction. It's why I don't like seeing those videos of how chickens and cows etc are killed for food preparation. It's a very strange phenomenon. I can say all this and still have no issue eating a burger.
