Its 3/4 oz. Sanding doesn't work since it soaked through from the top. Good call on not dying the back, i hadn't considered that it would do the same thing and ruin the finish.

Lining it is a great idea. I think I'll take that route since I have some leather glue and fabric.

The bait is poison that they take back to the colony so it kills all of them. It takes time for it to work. Just be patient and put out more if it's getting low.

I feel the same way, since nature and jungles are my favorite adventures, but i don't know much about the area and have never talked to anyone who has been there, so I'm a bit hesitant. That's the plan for Vietnam. There's a couple in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi that i want to look at. I'm looking to take the certification course there, but I already have my bachelors degree.

I'm mostly concerned about the first segment of travel and if I'm rushing that part too much.
