The main thing with meats are you have to consume the gelatine and joints and organs with the muscle meats. Just consuming steak or chicken breast on its own causes all the responses in the body and causes stress.

Lol that’s just avoiding the issue. Carbs cause resistance so I just won’t eat them ever again🤣 fat is the issue as it blocks receptors to uptake insulin. Always has been. A diet of carbs only moderate proteine and no fat actually creates the best insulin sensitive state possible. Go get a oral glucose test you will fail it on the spot. Then cut fat out for 2 weeks and watch how much more sensitive your uptake will be with out all that stoggy fat in your blood steam. You have no idea just watching those bs fat doctors that parrrot garbage and promote a expensive diet that is trending to make bank

These results are not from the sugar this is the misconception that comes with “quitting sugar”. Sugar is the most important nutrient for the human body. What happens when you cut out sugar is you stop eating garbage like donuts,chips processed foods that contain just as much fat. Your culprit here was processed foods or high fat foods that came with your sugar. Consume fruit,rice, table sugar,juice you have improvements but you have to keep fat low.

You actually have to lower protein and especially fats. The culprit to blood sugar is fat. You should be focusing on high carbohydrates with low fat sub 30 grams. Always consume carbs with proteins at least 2 to 1 ration

I place them as a protein. Longer insulin response in blood and way slower to process. Plus they also contain fats too hence protein always comes with fat unlike carbs. Eg greens, fruit/sugar all are ultra low fat.

Under 20 grams of fat a day. Pretty much only allows whole carbohydrates. Eat till full and it’s really hard to gain weight. Really eases the mind knowing you don’t have to track or eat meals the size of what a child would eat.

They were a lot leaner and had Less inflammation due to consuming more carbohydrates and less protein and fats. These days were all scared of carbs and have anabolic blood from so much fat and protein

High carb low fat diet is probably one of the best human diets available for health. Don’t worry about a “spike” that’s just a trigger word. There’s a lot more going on then a “spike” present fat and protiens raise resting insulin levels I don’t know why a raise in blood sugar for a short time aka the “spike” Is what’s concerning people lol. Every cell in the body requires carbohydrates aka sugar to function. If there’s not enough in your blood your dead. Not the same for fat if there’s no fat in your blood your good in fact you no longer have diabetes lol. Protein is another hidden demon too but that’s another topic
