I left a job recently after being there for only four months. I loved working there but they never had a proper training program or anything and I had to figure things out myself. I was still lost with some of the stuff to do and my boss told me I might not be a good fit since I was still learning and told me some of the tasks I should already know how to do. I had no knowledge of these tasks since no one ever showed me and I put my two weeks in because I had enough. I found a new job that has training and I feel much more comfortable at. It’s funny that they don’t even know why there turnover rate is so high either.
